Ostankino Tower is the tallest visited building in Europe and 8th tallest in the world. It is located in Russia’s capital Moscow, owned by the Russian TV and Radio Broadcasting Network. The Tower is a very popular tourist attraction, visited by nearly 1000 persons daily. Because of security reasons, visitors have to be grouped and accompanied during the visit.
To improve the visitors’ experience, the tower operator asked GoSwift to design a multichannel (web, ticket desk, ticket re-sellers) time-slot and ticketing service.
Visitors can now pre-book the time of their visit before arriving to the tower, arrive to the tower at the planned time and enjoy the tower visit. For the operator, the groups are already formed through the service, improving the flow of visitors. No queues, no lost time!
